The Spare Parts feature has now been integrated into Ref Tools, a comprehensive mobile application designed for air conditioning and refrigeration technicians. Ref Tools consolidates essential tools, guidance, support, and information, facilitating efficient on-site and in-field operation.

Spare Parts provides a detailed overview of available Danfoss spare parts and service kits applicable to air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

• A user-friendly interface allows navigation through various product categories and types to locate specific parts.
• Within each listing, users can view images, detailed illustrations, data sheets, and relevant documentation that specify included components, their technical specifications, and code numbers.
• Order placement is simplified by enabling users to compile a spare parts list directly within the app, which can then be emailed to a wholesaler for streamlined pickup and payment processes.

The application supports both online and offline modes. Users can download product information for offline access—ideal for remote locations without internet connectivity—and switch back to online mode to ensure access to the most current catalog updates (default setting).
